What is your return policy?
We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to cancel your order after we have dispatched your goods to you. If you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of having received your goods please contact us and a refund will be issued if it is clear the products haven't been used or damaged in any way. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time
It will take about 6-10 working days to ship the order to your door. Usually, we will ship out your order in 24 hours once we confirm your payment.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your order at any time on the shipping company’s website, which you will also receive, from our email after shipment.
Packaging:
Our products are well packaged carefully by our shipping department so that the items are safe from any damage. As you know, designing and manufacturing perfectly in any product is something else but delivering them in the same condition is also much important. This is the reason that this careful packaging of your items by our clerks is necessary before the items get picked by the shipping agent. You can rest assured that all the items of your choice will reach you in the same pristine condition they were manufactured in. We will ship your orders anywhere and everything will always be in good condition!
Shipping:
We handle all of kinds of shipping ways according to the customer, such as by post air (DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS). Please make sure to enter a correct shipping address when placing an order, as well as a contact number and email address. Our company cannot be responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect shipping address.
Notice: All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. You will receive the parcel in about 7-10 days. We ship parcels to worldwide and stand behind every product we sell.
